My background spans healthcare IT support and security operations in a multi-tenant MSSP. Supporting users, troubleshooting connectivity, and hardening endpoints gave me a practical foundation for investigating security signals and improving detection logic.
I’ve worked on SIEM tuning, complex investigation escalations, and analyst workflows alongside automation engineers. In independent projects, I explore application context and locally hosted AI as tools for supporting human review.
